Eric Clapton is giving everyone the blues this week, in more ways than one. Not surprisingly, his first album since the 7 million-selling Unplugged-a collection of blues standards called From the Cradle-instantly commandeers the top of the pops. That's bad news for Boyz II Men, who are bumped out of the No. 1 slot after a two-week run. Clapton's isn't the only notable debut this week. Anita Baker's Rhythm of Love, which marks the end of her four-year hiatus, makes an impressive start at No. 3, while the sleeper first album from singer-songwriter (and former Michael Jackson backup singer) Sheryl Crow finally makes the top 10, thanks to a hit single (''All I Wanna Do'') and, perhaps, her appearance at Woodstock '94.
