Smith hold down the two roles at & once? ''With lots of frequent-flier miles,'' she says. ''Buy Continental stock right now, you'll get a nice boost.'' Fortunately Nora ''is off investigating a case'' for a while, but the actress has worked out a five-year schedule integrating both jobs, assuming Wilder is a hit. As this year's daytime Emmy winner for best actress, Smith has a point to prove: ''Acting is acting. I want to help break down the stigma of soaps. I've done daytime and prime time and I know which one is harder.''
