It's easy to imagine the latest syrupy jazz-pop opus from this Manchester, England, band dripping through the sound system of a motel cocktail lounge. Compared with her delivery of their '87 hit ''Breakout,'' Corinne Drewery seems to be in the diva doldrums, turning fun ditties like a remake of the Delfonics' ''La La (Means I Love You)'' into snuzak for Generation X-Lax. C+
