On album number five, Tesla once again proves itself to be one of the more palatable arena bands around. Their poof-metal is as dull as anyone else's, but when they lock into their more characteristic blues-rock groove (''Mama's Fool''), the vibe is more Aerosmith Jr. than Poison Redux. Not monumental, but not bad, either. B
