This soundtrack, which is four times longer than the 18-minute movie it ''scores,'' confirms music supervisor Dr. Dre as the new king of pop. In addition to the ominous remix of Snoop's title song, Dre reunites with Ice Cube on ''Natural Born Killaz,'' and Nate Dogg's tenor oozes all over the propulsive ''One More Day.'' Dre's G-funk sound might be the hardest in the land, but it's also the most gut-wrenchingly soulful.
