Bad-boy comic Andrew Clay has thrown the ''Dice'' from his name to star in Norstar's No Contest as a terrorist who takes hostages at a beauty pageant. His partner: kilt-wearing wrestler Roddy Piper, minus his usual nickname, ''Rowdy.''
