Gathering a baker's dozen dance-floor faves on one album, this latest installment in the MTV Party to Go series gets the fast-to-slow ratio just about right. Uptempo tracks from Coolio (''Fantastic Voyage'') and Ace of Base (''All She Wants'') will help get you on the good foot, while grind-friendly jams from Tevin Campbell and R. Kelly are a perfect prelude to the horizontal bop. B
