Ricky Van Shelton strays little from his tried-and-true mix of Twittyian ballads and rockabilly bouncers on Love and Honor. Though he has hopped-up tunes to work with, he rarely cuts loose, as if he's too busy listening to his own supple voice to think about the words he's singing. B
