Chances are you've never heard of Hindu Garage Sale or Headcase-O-Matic, so here's your opportunity to test the uncharted indie waters. Unfortunately, playing scout will cost you — not cash, but time, and lots of it. The vibrant color graphics and sound files take an eternity to download, and if you happen to be a Mac user, good luck with IUMA's labyrinthine directions. You might as well just turn on your local college radio station. B-
