Fiercely fresh and deliriously danceable, The Groove Won't Bite by crackerjack producer Brinsley Evans and his muse E.V. Mystique, aka Uncanny Alliance, is overstuffed with cheeky lyrics, smoking backbeats, and unshakable hooks that work their way under the skin and stay there. Just try to forget the chorus of either ''I Got My Education'' or of the self-esteem booster ''I'm Beautiful Dammitt!'' and you'll find that their grooves have teeth. A
