Here's a hip tip: Forget Frankie's Duets and take a spin with Steve Lawrence, who lends his stirred-not-shaken pipes to '60s songs like ''Footsteps,'' ''Pretty Blue Eyes,'' and ''I Hear a Rhapsody'' on The Best of Steve Lawrence. His oomph and charm will put you on cloud nine with a fauxtabulous three-martini high. B+
