There won't be any sex, violence, or drugs'' in his memoirs, vows Bob Denver, 58, star of Gilligan's Island and beatnik-in-residence on The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis. But Gilligan, Maynard & Me, due this summer from Citadel Press/Carol Publishing, will solve mysteries such as how come the Professor on Gilligan could make a bicycle operated radio but couldn't build a boat. ''It's the incongruities that got kids hooked,'' Denver says. Besides the book, he is planning to open a chain of putt-putt golf courses.
