If for no other reason, we may come to miss the Reagan/Bush years for inspiring so much animosity in the art world. Karrie Jacobs and Steven Heller's Angry Graphics: Protest Posters of the Reagan/Bush Era attests to the wit and unpredictability characteristic of posters during the past decade; it also attests to the proliferation of issues-from AIDS to industrial pollution-inspiring protest. The outrage expressed in the examples here is impressively matched by their graphic panache. A
