Damon Wayans (of TV's In Living Color) dominates Mo' Money, an entertaining if schizophrenic action comedy that visited theaters briefly last summer. As Johnny Stewart, he's a good-hearted bad guy, a nickel-and-dime scammer who loves to help himself to other people's money. But when he falls for a beautiful credit-card-company executive (Stacey Dash), he decides to try to earn tender legally for a change, processing returned plastic in the mail room of her office. It's not long before he gets all charged up at stores around town and ends up being blackmailed by his crooked boss (John Diehl). Fast-paced and irreverent, Mo' Money showcases both Wayans' comedic range and his charm. But those in search of In Living Color-style laughs, beware: In the final, graphically violent scenes, the light comedy turns to heavy action. C+
