The most in mindless entertainment: A high school teacher and karate queen (Cynthia Rothrock), using much creative violence, cleans up her crack-infested neighborhood with the help of an Aussie cop (Richard Norton). Kickboxing fans will be beside themselves with joy at Rage and Honor's nonstop action, but casual video watchers will likely keep drawing a blank, waiting for something remotely interesting to happen. C
