In this poorly executed celebration of women's sexuality — with cameos by Mary-Chapin Carpenter, Kathy Mattea, and Tanya Tucker enlivening the party — Parton plays a barroom Casanova leering at doltish hunk Billy Ray Cyrus. But Dolly Parton gets the last word: Walking out of the bar with Cyrus on her arm, she tells us, ''After all, it's only right. I am paying for this video.'' C+
