On Enuff Znuff's third record, these Chi-town pretty boys turn out gnarly, gooey power pop that makes girls go crazy and boys yell ''Dude!'' Fueled by an anthemic, teenage-kicks noise, Animals with Human Intelligence sounds as if these guys locked themselves in the basement and listened to Rubber Soul, Heaven Tonight, and My Aim Is True. B+
