BUTTHOLE SURFERS Independent Worm Saloon (Capitol) Guitarist Paul Leary's psyched-out squall once suggested Funkadelic's Eddie Hazel tripping with skinheads. But this major-label debut, produced by ex-Led Zep bassist John Paul Jones, grinds along like roadhouse Motorhead (''Dust Devil,'' ''Goofy's Concern,'' ''Who Was in My Room Last Night?''). Vocalist/trickster Gibby Haynes, now more famous for playing with ex-Rock City Angel Johnny Depp, injects a few comic-book-horror yuks. B
