TWO STARS & A JUNKET: Whoopi Goldberg and Ted Danson may have to field some very personal questions while on a press tour for Warner Bros.' Made in America, opening in May. Ever since teaming for this comedy about a sperm bank, they've been a tabloid twosome. Meanwhile, the Cheers actor and Casey, his wife of 16 years, have officially separated. So far, there's no embargo on probes into the stars' private lives during the junket. ''Whoopi will deal with any situation as it arises,'' says Goldberg's spokesman. Next on the horizon: Goldberg and Danson are negotiating to star in Paramount's Pink Vodka Blues, a romantic comedy set in rehab.
