This hour-long anthology features two goodies — the neo-psychedelic Embryo and the dazzling sci-fi/film noir tribute Blind Love. What's left of Computer Animation Festival is either cloyingly cute, cynically sadistic, or just numbingly ordinary, proving that even the snazziest technology can never pull you out of a creative void.
