Some things should stay dead and buried — including this sequel. It all begins with an actress getting fried to death during an electrical accident, and the assorted gross-outs keep mounting thereafter. Director Mary Lambert, who has made her share of rock clips, not surprisingly turns several scenes into music videos — including one built around a dog dying. Pet Sematary Two isn't filmmaking, it's film developing. D
