Would you take $1 million to buy an old Sade hit all over again? Thanks to the prominent use of the Nigerian-born warbler's ''No Ordinary Love'' on the soundtrack (and trailers) of Indecent Proposal, Sade's most recent album, Love Deluxe, climbs back into the top 10. That's an impressive second wind, given that ''No Ordinary Love'' climbed only as high as No. 28 on the singles chart last fall. Sade shouldn't be the only one smiling. For the second straight week, Arista Records can brag that it has the two top albums in the country: the unstoppable Bodyguard soundtrack and Kenny G's Breathless.
