They are the Beardstown Business and Professional Women's Investment Club, and since 1983 they have seen their portfolio earn big. In this documentary of their success, the women provide detail-rich interviews to inspire others to duplicate their experience. The only flaws: a wordy narration and an overcooked metaphor that compares investing to baking apple pie. Otherwise, this is the most impressive case for participatory capitalism since Adam Smith bought his first piggy bank. A- -Terry Catchpole
