Suicidal Tendencies Still Cyco After All These Years (Epic) After proving on its last few albums that its members could write some of the catchiest songs in the hardcore/metal crossover genre, Suicidal Tendencies has decided to go back to its roots and rerecord some earlier material. The resulting album has its moments-it's always fun to hear obnoxious classics like ''I Saw Your Mommy''-but unless you're a fanatic or a collector, skip this. C+ -TS
