PAVAROTTI & FRIENDS Luciano Pavarotti, Sting Charity may begin at home, but it came close to ending on a concert stage in Italy last fall. Pavarotti assembled a strange assortment of ''friends''- including Sting, the Neville Brothers, and Italian pop singer Lucio Dalla- to raise money to fight a blood disorder called Thalassemia. Then, as this video proves, nearly all of the artists in the ''concert'' had the audacity to lip-synch. The tenor later apologized, but for all his good intentions, you could pave a lot of roads to hell with this tape. F
