Normally, guitarist Ritenour spends his time in the lucrative foreplay of the pop-jazz trade, which he helped to create. But there comes a time to pay respects to elders, and his bluesy warm tribute to the late jazz-guitar icon Wes Montgomery, Wes Bound, is mostly right on the money, except when the '90s Rit wallpaper creeps into the mix. B-
