Ziggy Marley and The Melody Makers Joy and Blues (Virgin) After eight years and six albums of dodging Dad's shadow, Ziggy Marley and sibs lighten up with a pop-reggae winner that can stand with anything that big Bob ever did. Joy and Blues sways with hooky vamps that convey instant beach-classic status. The band still covers Marley Sr. tunes, but as of this moment, cross-generational comparisons are moot. -TB
