The Hairdresser's Husband Jean Rochefort, Anna Galiena (1992, Paramount, R, subtitled, $89.95) He (Rochefort) watches as she (Galiena) cuts hair, and they make out a lot between customers, who are infrequent. Every now and then he performs a weird little Arabic dance he learned as a kid. How they actually make a living is a mystery. At the height of their happiness, she does something extremely strange. Don't ask. This French film is completely ! insubstantial-a cinematic air kiss. C -Lawrence O'Toole
