Various Artists Sleepless in Seattle This melange of coy oldies and misguided remakes has some nerve calling itself ''original.'' Louis Armstrong's ''A Kiss to Build a Dream On'' is swell, but Sinatra should sue Carly Simon for what she does to ''In the Wee Small Hours of the Morning,'' and Dr. John and Rickie Lee Jones sing the most cutesy-poo ''Makin' Whoopee'' to date. Like the movie, this is retro romance for couples you don't want to know. D-
