Cheap Trick's vocalist once had a serviceable rock & roll voice, cunning commercial reflexes, and a sure touch for ELO, AC/DC, and Beatles knockoffs. Robin Zander recaptures traces of sleight of hand, but there are no dead-on bull's-eyes like ''I Want You To Want Me.'' Hit-thirsty Cheap Trick fans could come up dry here.
