*Marianne Faithfull signed a rumored $200,000 deal for her memoirs with Little, Brown. So Good, So Bad, So Far will be out next spring. *The New York Jets' Dennis Byrd got $1.1 million from HarperCollins/ Zondervan for Rise and Walk, the story of his comeback from a near-fatal injury. It'll be published early this fall.
