THE FULLER BRUSH GIRL Lucille Ball, Eddie Albert (1950, Columbia TriStar, unrated, $19.95) Now that you've been through all the I Love Lucy reruns, you can see one of the few feature films that capture Lucille Ball's clumsy genius. Trying to raise money to buy a suburban dream home with her boyfriend (Albert), Lucy tries selling cosmetics door-to-door. Among the highlights: She is attacked by an octopuslike switchboard, gets tangled in a clothesline, and makes four women bald after giving them perms. No Viv, perhaps, but lots of vim. B+ -LO'T
