How many times have we heard this story before? A network takes a rapturously reviewed, difficult-to-sell program and shuffles it from one undesirable time slot to another before finally concluding that the show ''isn't finding an audience.'' The latest example: Brooklyn Bridge, whose last-gasp run of four original epi-sodes was slated by CBS for Friday nights at 8:30, the same deadly spot on the schedule where the program began its life nearly two years ago. No big surprise: Bridge finished 86th. The network seems to be devoting more of its attention to a newer lost cause, Robert Zemeckis' adventure-comedy Johnny Bago. In addition to putting Bago reruns on its late-night schedule, CBS tried airing two episodes in prime time last week, on Wednesday and Friday, to no avail-they finished in 74th and 78th place, respectively. last VIEWERS Top Twenty week
