Despite being widely panned by critics, Whitney Houston's mass-appeal romance, The Bodyguard, grabs the No. 5 slot after less than a week in stores, and a third entry off the Ninja Turtles assembly line debuts at a remarkably high No. 9. Somewhat surprisingly, meanwhile, art-house smash The Crying Game is still nowhere to be seen after two weeks on shelves.
