Heather Locklear's pay increase -- The ''Melrose Place'' actress now makes $15,000 more per episode than last season

Heather Locklear is Melrose Place's highest-paid resident. A source at Fox says Locklear, who plays Amanda, will bring home $40,000 per episode this season — $15,000 more than last season and nearly double that of her costars. The raise is a payback to Locklear, who's credited with boosting the series' ranking from No. 94 to No. 50. Both producer Aaron Spelling and the actress refuse to discuss her pay stubs.
