HEART AND SOULS (PG-13) All of Me times four. Robert Downey Jr. is no Steve Martin, of course, but his gift for physical comedy gets a workout whenever his uptight yuppie character is possessed by one of his guardian angels (Alfre Woodard, Charles Grodin, Kyra Sedgwick, and Tom Sizemore)-four souls who need his corporeal presence to settle up their lives. Heart and Souls is rooted in an irresistible fairy-tale conceit: What if our imaginary friends from childhood were real? You may hate yourself for falling for it, but at least you can take comfort in the fact that you've been had by professionals. B ( 183, Aug. 13) -TB
