Beneath The 12-Mile Reef Robert Wagner, Terry Moore (1953, Lumivision, $39.95, wide-screen, unrated) You'd never recognize Wagner in one of his first movies- and that's probably okay by him. Sporting a frizzy hairdo, he's laughably earnest as a Greek sponge fisherman in love with a rival diving magnate's daughter (the even stiffer Moore). Maybe anybody would bomb who had to exclaim-twice-''I'm a very beautiful young man!'' A top grosser in its day (it was one of the first CinemaScope features), Reef is beyond soggy now, despite the impeccable transfer it gets here. C+-Steve Daly
