NERVOUS TICKS Bill Pullman, Julie Brown (1993, Columbia Tristar, R, $89.95) Pullman plays a hapless airline clerk who has 90 minutes to make his flight to Rio with his married girlfriend (Brown). In the meantime, he encounters a hustler with a bag full of stolen money, a bomb-toting terrorist, and an irate husband (Peter Boyle) who wants to kill him. Despite these and other obstacles, this would-be breakneck farce never quite takes off. C -MS
