NATIONAL LAMPOON'S LOADED WEAPON I Emilio Estevez, Samuel L. Jackson (1993, New Line, PG-13, $95.95) Exactly what you'd expect: an amiable spoof on the ultrasuccessful black-and-white buddy-cop series Lethal Weapon, with humor so literal-minded that half the time you can't help but laugh. Some might chuckle for the full 83 minutes while others may give up after 18. Still, on video this is an addictive brain-twiddling time passer for the lazy or tired mind and eye. C
