CHILDREN OF THE CORN II: THE FINAL SACRIFICE Terence Knox, Paul Scherrer (1993, Paramount, R, $92.95) It has been nine years since those evil kids came out of the cornfield to kill all the adults in Gatlin, Neb. Now the killing continues in this belated sequel, and most of it is just plain gross- reflecting the overall crudeness of this routine horror show. To make matters worse, these children in the corn are all obnoxiously awful actors. It's a genuine relief when the grown-ups start mowing them down with a thresher. D+-Michael Sauter
