After two decades of politically and socially conscious a cappella, this D.C.-based band still has a reason to shout. The venerable choral sextet revels in passionate gospel/blues/you-name-it workouts that could raise goosebumps on Formica. Songs like the jumping ''Run on for a Long Time'' and the autobiographical rap ''Tribute'' percolate like this morning's coffee, and are just as fresh.
