Kieran Kane Find My Way Home (Atlantic) As one half of the O'Kanes (who scored a No. 1 hit in 1988 with ''Can't Stop My Heart From Loving You''), this Kane was among the leaders of the rootsy New Traditionalist movement, supplying the darker, pain-filled bluegrass and Celtic influence to Jamie O'Hara's bedrock- country sentiment. On his first effort since their breakup, Kane reprises all of his strengths-loping rhythms, keening vocals, and lyrics so stark and lonely you just might reach for the razor. B+ -AN
