Alan Parsons Try Anything Once (Arista) Parsons comes lumbering back from limbo with an album of Adult Contemporary schlock that your parents might enjoy. Try Anything Once features lots of lame keyboards, smooth vocals, tasteful guitar, and orchestral flourishes, all of which suggests that Parsons could be a highly successful composer of incidental music for films.
