Motorhead Bastards (Motorhead) Bulldozing their way through sure-to-be classics like ''Born to Raise Hell,'' these veteran headbangers once again demonstrate why punks and metalheads alike bow down before them. They're still harder than the Rollins Band, more single-minded than the Ramones, and hookier than Slayer. And just when you're marveling at their sustained brute force, they haul out acoustic guitars for a heart-wrenching ballad-about incest. A- -TS
