FEMALE MISBEHAVIOR Camille Paglia, Annie Sprinkle (1993, First Run Features, unrated, $59.95) Even Madonna could find new material in this provocative collection of four short films by Monika Treut. First, iconoclastic author Paglia chatters on about her ''carnivorous'' sexuality and condemns feminism as a failure, talking so quickly you'll think you've hit the fast-forward button by mistake. Then porn performance artist Sprinkle takes her turn, nonchalantly inserting a speculum on stage and handing out flashlights to the audience. Next is a leather-clad lesbian S&M aficionada who talks explicitly about why she loves bondage. (It makes her feel safe.) Last, and most effective, Max, a transsexual in the making, articulately details what it's like to be a woman turning into a man. This is one rental you'll be talking about long after you've returned it to the store. B- -Jill Rachlin
