CLAIRE OF THE MOON Trisha Todd, Karen Trumbo (1993, Fox Lorber, unrated, $89.95) A woman (Todd) discovers her lesbianism at a writer's retreat, hardly a setting bristling with dramatic possibilities. There are meditative walks on the beach, pensive poses in the woods, long talks by the fireplace, and some really rustic acting-all of it accompanied by a terribly tinkly New Age piano score. Cliches roll in like waves on the shore until, finally, the two women experience some anticlimactic sex. Claire of the Earth: Now, that might have been a bit more interesting. D+ -LO'T
