Judy Collins Judy Sings Dylan Just Like a Woman What a god-awful album title-and an unexpected treat. Applying her still-lovely soprano to both overcovered and relatively obscure songs by the Voice of a Generation, Collins sounds more at ease than she has in years. Her old problem-prettifying songs that weren't meant that way-crops up occasionally, as on a clueless version of ''Gotta Serve Somebody.''
Thanks to her, though, the beauty of later songs like ''Sweetheart Like You'' is more apparent than in Dylan's own versions. She turns these timeless songs into poignant lullabies for baby boomers. B+
