Like SWV with more sisterly voices, like TLC with a gangsta frown, like...oh, you get the picture. This Atlanta quartet snagged an end-of-summer hit with ''Just Kickin' It.'' Produced by Kris Kross scoutmaster Jermaine Dupri, the song offers a thick bass thump and ''traditional'' male-female role-playing: ''Every man wants a woman that can cook him up a good meal/ A woman he can treat like his homie,'' etc. The rest of this debut is equally conservative, with its familiar hip-hop beats and pleading lyrics, but these around-the-way girls do exude a feisty appeal.
