Who says old-style crooning is irrelevant in the '90s? Well, we do-but that hasn't stopped Frank Sinatra's much-hyped album of collaborations, Duets, from entering the pop album chart at a whopping No. 2. It helps that Capitol Records shipped 1.3 million copies of the album to stores on Nov. 2. (Exact sales figures were not available at press time.) Sinatra isn't the only newcomer to the upper ranks this week. After 17 weeks on the chart, Toni Braxton's sleeper debut album finally cracks the top 10.
