Well, the title's perfect. In this overridingly nice video of concert footage and behind-the-scenes moments, Billy Joel and his friends talk about how he makes his pleasant, middlebrow music. ''He had a very difficult time (making his last album),'' reveals his wife, Christie Brinkley, without a trace of anxiety. Joel performs-tinkling off stage and bellowing on it-with enough sincerity to qualify for a scout badge. And it's all so blah that it could give rock & roll a good name.
